Refund policy

Overview

We aim to provide the highest quality products for your hoppy friend but please note as these treats are individually hand-made there will be natural variations in the shape, colour and texture etc. and they may not match exactly what is pictured on the products pages.  

In the unlikely event that your products arrive and you are not satisfied we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Refund/Credit/Return

We have a 14-day refund/credit policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your products to advise us of an issue. We may request photo evidence to support any claims you raise.

Please contact us at info@smacksnacks.com.au. We may request to have the product returned if deemed necessary. We will provide return details to you should this be required.

If a refund is deemed necessary you will receive the refund back in the same way you made the original purchase. An email confirmation will be sent when the refund is settled.

We do not offer exchanges on any of our products. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
